Reconnect
With each session, the practice will feel a little more like yours. These sessions are about familiarity, learning what it feels like to show up, to sit, to begin again each morning.
The mind will start to settle. The body will start to feel like yours again. And you will begin to notice, more and more, when the mind has slipped away from the breath.
Each time you notice, you return to the breath. That is the beginning of observing yourself.
Sesion 5, 6, 7
Unfold
There are invisible blocks that have no name. Not feelings exactly. More like weight you stopped noticing long ago. What has been held inside will begin to unfold.
You will not always know what left. You will only know that something did.
Session 8, 9, 10
Finding your Rhythm
The thoughts are still there. What once felt like interference starts to move differently. Not against you. With you.

The answer came from turning inward. Through breathwork and silence. This practice is rooted in the wisdom of ancient India (Bharata). That is the foundation of everything I offer here.
I am not a therapist. I am not here to fix anything or anyone. These sessions are not techniques to learn. They are things you already have, buried under the noise of a fast-moving life. What I offer is a place to turn inward for women searching for clarity.
We all want to be understood by others. But most of us do not know ourselves. I was no different. I thought I knew. I had read enough, understood enough, felt enough. And yet something remained unclear. Between what I felt and what I understood, there was always a gap. And in that gap lived the reactions, the unending thoughts, the feelings that had no name. Not loud. Just present. Unresolved.

Do I need to turn my camera on?
Sessions are live and between real people — camera on is required to join. We do not record any session, and participants are also requested not to record, to protect everyone's privacy.
If you miss a session, it cannot be rescheduled or replayed. Consistency is what makes this journey yours. All participants are expected to engage respectfully with the group.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is not therapy, counselling or any form of treatment. If you are seeking medical or psychological support, please consult a qualified professional.
Is this religious or spiritual?
No. Neither religious nor spiritual. It is a practice rooted in ancient Indian wisdom, offered here simply as a way to understand ourselves.
What happens if I need to cancel Presence?
You may cancel at any time by submitting Cancel Presence form.
After your first session has commenced — you will receive a proportional refund for sessions not yet delivered if you wish to discontinue.
If you stop attending without notifying us — no refund applies.
